Email alexander@ludicrousdesigns.com. Include your device model and iOS version. If a route or travel date is relevant, describe only what is needed to reproduce the issue. Please do not send medical information, full itineraries, or screenshots containing sensitive calendar details.

Trip or time looks wrong

Open the trip, check every airport and date, and choose airports from SunShift’s suggestions so the correct time zones are used. Enter the airport-local departure and arrival times from your booking. Review calendar imports before saving. Manual entry works even when online lookup is unavailable.

Notifications or widget are not updating

Confirm that SunShift notifications are enabled in iOS Settings, then reopen the app so it can refresh the next few days. For a widget, remove it from the Home or Lock Screen and add it again if a normal refresh does not help.

Purchases and subscriptions

SunShift Pro is available as an auto-renewing weekly, monthly, or annual subscription. Every plan unlocks unlimited trips and plan updates while active. Use Restore purchases in SunShift Settings for a subscription made with the same Apple Account.

Manage or cancel a subscription from Settings > your name > Subscriptions, or follow Apple's subscription-cancellation instructions. Canceling stops future renewals; access continues through the current paid period. Deleting SunShift does not cancel a subscription. Apple handles billing and refund requests.

Calendar access

Calendar import is optional. Permission can be changed in iOS Settings. SunShift scans likely flight details on your device and does not upload unrelated calendar events.

Safety

SunShift offers general educational and behavioral guidance, not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Do not follow a prompt when it would be unsafe, including while driving or operating equipment. Speak with a qualified clinician about supplements, significant sleep changes, or personal health concerns.

Privacy choices

Product analytics is off until you enable it in Settings > Data sharing. If you enable it, Google Firebase receives generic usage and technical information. Turn it off there to stop further analytics collection and reset the local analytics identifier. Diagnostics and Advertising Measurement remain off. Apple and RevenueCat continue to process subscriptions and restoration. Online flight lookup can be avoided by entering your trip manually. Read the Privacy Policy for data and retention details.
